As the artist, I have the right to refuse/cancel any commissions due for any reason. (ex. lack of communication, rude behavior, hateful speech, etc.)

There will be a set amount of commission slots; clients will be assigned to the waiting list once slots are full. This can be canceled via email/discord.

If you would like to book a slot but you are unsure of the concept, I suggest discussing it with me first. Otherwise, you are ready to commission me.

I may stream the progress of the commission unless specifically told not to.

If I don't receive any replies within 24 hours, I will continue to work on the project as written by the client.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to revision without notice.

Commissions will be taken via VGen, Facebook, Twitter, or Discord DMs.

Once I start with your artwork, WIPs will be sent to you from time to time and I will ask you for revisions and additions. You will be given 5 chances to ask me for changes within the project.

Once the line art and coloring phase starts, only three minor changes will be accepted as long as I am not near from done.

Minor revisions requested after the project has been delivered are still acceptable but you will be placed on the waiting list if slots are available at the time of your application (except if the mistake is made by me).

Each project will take at least a week or three months max depending on the complexity of the composition or real-life factors such as health problems or school work so, please be patient.

Files will be compiled in a google drive link and will be sent to you via twitter or discord.

Any commission that is $300 or greater will result in an extra Paypal fee according to the new Paypal fee implications. The fee is 4.11% of the base price.

I can only start the commission after I receive payment.

If payment is not made within 48 hours, I will not consider the order as a commission until paid or cancelled

By paying the invoice, the client has agreed to my Terms and Service in https://kaetji.carrd.co/#info

If I don't get a message from the client for a week within confirmation, I will assume this project is on canceled without refund.

The client is not allowed to issue a refund once I have started working on the commission. So, please be sure before paying.

If due to any urgent reason I am unable to continue the order, the client will receive a full refund.

Reposting or using my illustrations as banners and/or profile pictures are allowed but must be with proper credits (art by Kaetji)

Using my illustrations or work to feed an AI art generator is strictly prohibited.

The commissioner is allowed but not restricted to only using the art for content creation and if provided the license, commercial use.

ANY attempt to replicate or alter the art significantly is not allowed and will be given a 3-day notice for a takedown thereafter an escalated action involving the authorities of their jurisdiction will be notified.

Any Content produced by “Kaetji Masami” will be under strict copyright, and shall not be used nor re-used commercially without written permission from the creator.

Any person/s found to be misusing/plagiarizing Kaetji Masami’s content shall be contacted and will be asked to remove said content.

If non-compliance occurs, "Kaetji Masami" has the right to seek assistance from a mediator and take action by imposing a copyright strike on the individual.

Promotional Uses - Art for monetized platforms (YouTube/Twitch/Twitter) such as music videos, thumbnails, posters, etc., will cost 20% of the base price.

Merch Uses - Art commissioned for the purpose of selling via merchandise will cost 60% of the base price

All of these must have proper credits (art by kaetji on twitter)
